If yes, keep reading as we are we are looking for a new Assistant Manager to one of our stores in Copenhagen.
Role Overview:
In this role, you will assist the Store Manager in the day to day running of the store. Taking ownership of a number of duties while making sure that the stores KPIs are achieved.
Key duties/ responsibilities:
Employees
- Train and making career plans together with the store manager for internal employees and promote progression within the group.
- Assist with store recruitment, new starter inductions, and staff training.
Sales
- Ensure and analysing the store's dashboard to achieve targets and KPI and, where possible, exceeded.
- Supervisory help is always available on the sales floor, selling personally where
necessary. - The staffing structure in the branch allows adequate floor coverage at all times taking into account normal peaks and troughs in the sales pattern.
Customer Service
- Motivate and train the team to ensure that customers are given courteous, considerate and responsible advice.
- Deal with all customer complaints, whether out of service or merchandise, according to company policy, ensuring that they are handled promptly , courteously and objectively.
- Support the Team in making the customers encouraged to return as a result of courteous and competent service.
Visual Merchandising
- Attract, engage and motivate customers into making purchases in store by using the latest visual techniques.
- Ensure that all merchandise is correctly priced, price amendments are actioned and all POS is correctly displayed.
- Keep stock on display clean and presentable at all times.
Skills/Experience/Knowledge Needed
- Retail Management experience.
- Experience in leading and motivating a team
- Excellent Time Management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- IT skills - Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
